It used to be that bigger was better. The thinking was that by becoming a large-scale business, one could exert greater influence and enjoy the ability to make a bigger contribution. It is also a fact that at many companies, this kind of thinking remains unchanged. However, we do not pursue greater size, because we know that there is something more important for a company: its strength. Being able to continue in the field of specialized manufacture of lamps for automobiles and two-wheeled vehicles requires continued technological strength, manufacturing capability, and product quality that are second to none.
